Duties & Responsibilities
· Review Contract Document
· Study drawings, specifications
· Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim
· Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors
· Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant
· Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation
· Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.
· Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
· Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
