Job Description
· Prepare, review, and update all project-related drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor, track, and report quantity variations and changes during the construction phase.
· Prepare and maintain safety documentation (RA, SWP, FPP, MOS, PTW, etc) in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure effective communication and coordination.
· Lead project coordination activities, including site supervision, attending meetings, testing & commissioning (T&C), conducting inspections, and providing regular progress reports.
· Supervise and manage site teams to ensure works are executed according to specifications, drawings, and schedule.
· Coordinate closely with the main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
· Prepare and manage project documentation such as test reports, supporting documents/drawings of monthly claim submissions, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager & Management team
Prerequisites
· Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised institute/university
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of M&E services.
· Good understanding of contract requirements and M&E specifications.
· Strong knowledge of M&E systems and safety documentation (e.g., RA,SWP, FPP, MOS, PTW).
· Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, includingMicrosoft Project; familiarity with Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
