We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help us run a smoother, smarter sales engine. As our sales team scales globally, we need a dedicated owner to ensure our operational processes and Salesforce infrastructure keep pace.

This role is a mix of hands-on system management, process improvement, and executive-level reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor to our senior leadership team, acting as the bridge between our sales strategy and execution—managing our CRM, building reliable pipeline dashboards, and partnering with executives to remove friction from the Go-To-Market (GTM) process.

GTM Strategy & Process Optimization

• Partner with senior leadership to streamline the rules of engagement, including lead routing, account assignment, and opportunity management.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and build scalable workflows to reduce friction for our Account Executives.
• Continuously evaluate existing operational processes, recommending improvements that standardize workflows and drive pipeline health.

Sales Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Automate revenue reporting and deliver actionable business insights by building robust, real-time dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
• Provide weekly visibility into pipeline generation, win/loss conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, and overall team performance metrics.
• Support forecasting cadences by ensuring pristine data accuracy and confidently presenting proactive revenue insights directly to senior leadership.

Systems & Salesforce Management

• Serve as the primary owner of our day-to-day Salesforce operations, handling user provisioning, permission sets, and core automations (Flows, Validation Rules).
• Enforce strict data hygiene standards to maintain a clean, reliable CRM environment that supports executive reporting accuracy and user trust.
• Administer integrations between Salesforce and third-party prospecting tools, ensuring seamless data syncing while preventing duplicate records.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, provide user support, and maintain clear documentation for the sales team.

As a Technical Program Manager at SHIELD, you will drive execution across Product and Engineering for our global fraud intelligence platform. You will manage cross-functional delivery of security, and platform-critical initiatives, supporting teams from planning through release and ensuring predictable execution at scale. You will also coordinate our annual SOC 2 and ISO 27001 renewals, helping maintain SHIELD’s audit readiness and trust with customers.

• Drive execution of the product roadmap from planning through release. Coordinate sprints, manage cross-team dependencies, and track blockers to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project tracking in tools such as Jira, Linear or Asana. Provide clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and timeline changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day Engineering workflows, ensure tickets are well scoped, maintain documentation and change management processes.
• Act as the primary coordinator for annual SOC 2 and ISO 27001 renewals, manage auditor coordination, schedule interviews and gather required documentation.
• Support third-party vendor reviews and internal risk tracking to ensure required follow-ups are completed.

As a Pre-sales Engineer you will be the expert in our solutions and a trusted advisor to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, as well as supporting clients through the implementation of SHIELD's solutions both pre and post sales. You will work closely with various teams both internally and externally to provide white glove service and support, such as technical & solution consultancy and quick troubleshooting.

• You will drive & own the POC as a technical SPOC including implementation and onboarding as Pre-sales engineer.
• You will be responsible to provide demos of SHIELD capabilities along with Sales counterpart and able to customise or data model the demo according to the clients use case.
• You will act as a liaison on technical support for existing customers and product adoption for clients in line with pre-sales, post-sales and the renewal processes.
• Act as Face of the company to the clients to maintain the existing relationship and continue to build the relationship with a strong trust and create value accordingly.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Overall 4+ years of experience in total with a minimum 3 years of Client facing, Pres Sales engineering, Sales Engineering or Support engineering experience in the B2B enterprise Software / SaaS / payments/ Mobile industry
• Hands-on experience in SDK implementation is a plus
• Hands on experience or good knowledge in HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth and SQL
• Strong experience in driving the integration and being a single point of contact with the clients to drive the POC end to end
