The Role

As a Senior Engineer for Loyalty, you will play a key part in running applications independently and driving project execution. Who You Are

• Strong technical background, prior experience in leading project delivery related to of large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems on the Cloud. About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to work across two fronts: protecting our own systems, data, and customers, and delivering security projects for our clients. Qualifications:

This senior role involves end-to-end technical ownership—from control strategy definition and system modeling to real-time software implementation, validation, and field deployment—while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technology roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and optimization of real-time control algorithms for Solid State Transformers (multi-stage, multilevel, and resonant topologies) and grid-connected inverters operating in both grid-forming and grid-following modes.

· Architect and implement robust embedded software and firmware (C/C++) for DSP, FPGA, and multi-core microcontroller platforms, ensuring high-performance bi-directional power flow, fault management, and seamless grid interaction.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate site installation works with in-house supervisor and foremen to ensure the project schedule is met.
• Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors.
• Hands-on and technical assistance for Electrical / ELV system installation and troubleshooting on site.
• Prepare material requisition for all Electrical / ELV equipment and materials.
• Prepare work programme for Electrical ELV Works with material delivery and installation activities in accordance with the project programme.
