This position is responsible for establishing and leading the internal audit function on a standalone basis. Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, the role provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services to strengthen the organization’s risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit Planning & Execution

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

This is the first global Quality, Reliability and Assurance leadership hire.

The role requires one person who has done both:

A.  Personally built and implemented formal quality systems (including ISO frameworks) in a scaling manufacturing or technology environment

This role is NOT suited for leaders who have primarily operated within mature, steady-state multinational environments maintaining established quality systems. It requires a hands-on 0 - 1 builder who can create structure from ambiguity, establish discipline where it does not yet fully exist, and elevate the organization's quality maturity without compromising speed, pragmatism, or stakeholder alignment. MANDATE AND ACCOUNTABILITY

1.   Global Quality Assurance System Build, Certification and Institutionalization (Primary Focus ~35 - 40%)

This function will serve as the backbone of the company’s Quality Assurance framework, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and process discipline globally.

• Build and implement the company’s first global Quality Management System (QMS) from ground up

At our company, a dedicated Property Manager will be:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the buildings or condominiums
• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the project
• Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
• Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management
• Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
• Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings

Job Requirement

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field
• Love working with People and is able to communicate with people of all level
• Strong leadership quality and problem solver
• Good communication and written skill
• Able to start immediately will be advantageous
• Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software, with the ability to produce accurate layout drawings independently is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine kitchen layout drawings and 3D renderings to support commercial foodservice projects.

• Translate operational requirements into practical design solutions, ensuring efficient workflow and equipment placement.

• Prepare technical drawings, mark-ups, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

• Support coordination between consultants, contractors, and suppliers during project execution.

• Assist in site inspections to ensure installations align with approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements relating to ventilation, fire safety, and foodservice infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Interior Design, or related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools; ability to produce and interpret technical drawings confidently.

• Familiarity with commercial kitchen layouts, equipment planning, or hospitality environments is preferred.

• Project management experience in kitchen or F&B fit-out projects is advantageous but not mandatory; structured training will be provided.
