Overview

The Finance Manager, Project leads and coordinates finance-driven projects across the hotel portfolio and corporate entities. This role ensures financial discipline, cost control, and structured execution of strategic initiatives such as refurbishments, system implementations, and operational transformation projects.

1) Financial Planning & Budget Control

Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. • Good knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act and Practices, AML/CFT requirements of registered filing agents, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
• Proficient in MS Office Skills and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as ViewPoint is an advantage
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build team rapport with a willingness in sharing knowledge
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and meticulous
