Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.

Job Responsibilities:

Hyperscale Server Design Engineer is responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing high-performance server hardware, racks, and infrastructure systems to support massive-scale cloud computing environments. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct server feasibility studies, define and maintain hardware architectures and solutions, and create execution plan.

• Design schematic, create BOM, support prototype/engineering build.

• Guide and work with PCB engineers on layout and placement.

• Design, deploy, and operate large-scale GPU-based compute environments, including optimizing network topologies like InfiniBand and Ethernet.

• Lead server validation and bringing up complex systems, including lab validation, SI/PI (Signal Integrity/Power Integrity) analysis, and debugging.

• Partner with software, datacenter engineering, mechanical and thermal, and vendor teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Apply advanced knowledge of server energy efficiency and power redundancy to optimize for performance and cost.

• Work with manufacturing teams to resolve issues and to support NPI and production builds.

• Provide technical expertise and consultation to peers.

• Maintain consistent high quality of engineering design work to develop robust, high performance and cost effective designs and products.
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in computer architecture, server design or hardware validation.

• Strong design experience and knowledge in any of the following:

  • Knowledge of GPU/CPU architectures, high-speed interfaces (QSFP-DD/OSFP) and memory interfaces such as DDRx DRAM, NAND/NOR/SPI Flash.

  • High speed interfaces including PCIe, NVLink, GbE, SAS, USB.

  • BMC implementations.

  • High DC voltage power designs and distribution, and thermal management.

  • High-speed Ethernet networking.

  • Experience with liquid cooling is an advantage.

• Understanding integration of software and hardware.

The End User Computing (EUC) team provides IT services and support for all SIA Group employees in Singapore and globally. We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our EUC team as a Lead Systems Engineer, playing a key role in modernizing and sustaining our enterprise identity, maintaining the collaboration and productivity platforms along with the email gateway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Enterprise Identity & Authentication Management

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise authentication system with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Drive the migration of legacy SSO setup to Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption, providing the technical leadership and integration guidance to the application teams for SSO/MFA enablement.
• Manage and maintain a hybrid identity infrastructure comprising on premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID with Azure AD Connect handling directory synchronization.
• Evaluate and assess various solutions available in the market and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) to determine the best fit for the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall security strategy.

Ø Collaboration, Productivity Platform Management and Email Gateway Communication Infrastructure

• Oversee Microsoft 365 tools including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Engage etc.
• Implement and manage Azure Information Protection (AIP) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to enforce data protection policies.
• Manage the SaaS email Gateway and support and maintain the on-prem O365 email gateway communication.

Ø Operational Excellence & Vendor Management

• Work closely with service vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence and service continuity.
• Own vendor relationship management and escalation for service delivery
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing hybrid Active Directory environments synchronized with Microsoft Entra ID using Azure AD connect.
• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and experience with SSO solution implementation.
• Expertise in enterprise authentication protocols and technologies: Active Directory, MFA, SSO, encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS protocol, SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect, and OAuth 2.0. Proficiency in M365 tools, AIP, DLP, and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to manage platform uptime, troubleshoot complex issues, and support large-scale rollouts.
