Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 3-4 Years as Business Analyst
Responsibilities
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
· Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
· Requirement analysis with business and technical team.
· Documentation: Preparing requirement documents (BRDs), functional design document (FDD/SRS), writing user stories, preparation of software application mockups using tools
· Project Communication: Communication with BA team leaders for requirement presentation, change, queries closure, UAT and Hyper care support. Manage internal communications, preparation of MOMs
· Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
· New user and ongoing user training
· User Manual documentation
