Job Description:

Mathnasium is a globalmaths only learning franchise with over 1,000 centres worldwide. In Singapore,our centres at Forum (Orchard Road) and i12 Katong serve a growing base ofstudents from Kindergarten to Sec 3.

We are seeking a MarketingExecutive to lead and scale our marketing efforts as we continue to grow. Thisis a commercially focused role centred on driving enrolment through effectivemarketing strategy, execution, and optimisation. The role works closely withCentre Directors and reports to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Growth

·       Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy focused on leadgeneration, conversion, and retention

·       Allocate and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on return oninvestment

·       Identify and prioritise the most effective growth channels

Digital Marketing

·       Plan and optimise campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email

·       Manage external agencies where relevant

·       Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion through structured funnelmanagement

Brand and Positioning

·       Develop a strong understanding of the Mathnasium brand and ensureconsistent positioning across all channels

·       Maintain high-quality and consistent messaging across digital andoffline touchpoints

·       Tailor messaging to different segments (e.g. international vs localschool parents)

Content and Execution

·       Oversee development of marketing materials including website content,brochures, and digital assets

·       Work with centres to ensure consistent and effective local execution

·       Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives

Analytics and Performance

·       Track and analyse key metrics including leads, conversion rates, costper acquisition, and enrolment growth

·       Use data to continuously refine campaigns and improve performance

·       Build simple, clear reporting for ongoing decision-making

Partnerships and Local Marketing

·       Build relationships with schools, community organisations, and relevantpartners

·       Drive local marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in marketing role, ideally in education or aconsumer-facing service business

·       Strong track record in digital marketing and performance-drivencampaigns

·       Ability to manage budgets and optimise for ROI

·       Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting tools

·       Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools

·       Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite orequivalent

·       Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

·       Understanding of the Singapore education market

·       Experience marketing to parents and children

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Buisness, or a related field

Job Description

Maths Instructor, Mathnasium Singapore

Mathnasium is a maths-only learning centre that provides maths support and enrichment to children from K – Sec 3. Each student follows a personalised learning plan tailored to their needs, based on our proprietary teaching materials and methodologies.

Our centres in Singapore have been warmly received by students and parents alike. We are now seeking full-time instructors to join our team, playing a vital role in teaching and managing student learning. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach, encourage, and inspire children from K – Sec 3 using Mathnasium’s unique approach and materials.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress.
• Review and correct student work, offering positive and constructive feedback.
• Communicate student needs and progress to centre leadership and other instructional staff in a collaborative teaching environment.
• Assist with management tasks, including administrative duties, curriculum preparation, or other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong maths skills and teaching experience, with the ability to work effectively with children.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to support and help manage a team of part-time instructors.
• Professional and approachable demeanour when interacting with students and parents.
• Energetic, confident, and passionate about teaching.

Knowledge and experience of the Singapore primary and/ or secondary school syllabus will be highly advantageous, as most of our students are in primary school.
