Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore. We are a BPO company providing accounting & bookkeeping services to our customers. The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves supporting the budgeting process, providing financial insights, and collaborating with various teams- Indonesia & Malaysia to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to evaluate financial data and prepare reports
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or SAP

• Researching and developing scalable Generative-AI solutions using AWS Bedrock platform, Large Language Models (LLM), MCP Server, n8n and prompt engineering for factory/engineering usage

This role ensures accurate and culturally appropriate translation of business materials, including content related to employee relations, HR policies, benefits, business strategy, and employee engagement from English to Thai, and occasionally Thai to English. This person must also be capable of providing live translation in small, meeting-type settings, facilitating clear and effective communication across teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate written documents and presentations from English to Thai (and occasionally Thai to English), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and contextual relevance.
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, audits, and cross-site collaborations.
