Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement activities from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order issuance
• Prepare and review procurement documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal processes

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support procurement operations within an engineering/industrial environment. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processes using ERP systems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across the APAC region
