Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field.

• Experience in business process consulting or digital transformation.

• Project management and team leadership skills preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of IT governance frameworks a plus.

• PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification is a bonus.
