Key Duties

• Lead and manage Design Coordinators (Architecture) to ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate architectural works with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
• Review and manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submissions
• Ensure compliance with URA, BCA, and relevant codes of practice
• Monitor site progress and resolve design and coordination issues
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and materials
• Support documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings
• Provide technical guidance to site teams on architectural matters
• Coordinate across Structural, M&E, and ID disciplines

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with Main Contractor
• Proven experience in Architectural Coordination and Site Execution
• Strong knowledge of Singapore authority submission processes (URA, BCA)
• Ability to manage teams and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, organised, and results-driven
