Job Purpose:
To support the integration between Headquarters (HQ) and the newly acquired Singapore entity, and to assist in coordinating the establishment of a new China Joint Venture.
The role will act as a communication bridge between HQ and the Singapore company to ensure alignment in strategy, operations, and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between HQ and the Singapore entity to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.
Support the post-acquisition integration process and implementation of HQ policies and reporting standards.
Assist in coordinating the setup and development of the new China Joint Venture, including project tracking and stakeholder coordination.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate cross-border collaboration.
Prepare progress updates and reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in regional coordination, project management, or business integration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred to support cross-border coordination.
