The Services required are set out as follows:

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

 Concierge services – attend to phone calls and walk-in customers

(pupils, parents, public, stakeholders)

 Using messaging apps to communicate events and send reminders

 Check generic email everyday and forward them to relevant officers

within a certain time frame

 Incoming Mail Correspondence: Record and distribute incoming

correspondence upon receipt.

 Articles - Stocktake Monitoring: Record and track all articles

accurately, then submit to AM for end-of-term verification.

 Calling and confirming the attendance of parent volunteers to help in

school events and activities

 General administrative duties including typing, filing, preparation of

documents

 Printing of monthly CCA Instructors/Contract Staff attendance

records

 Save transport approval (formSG) to shared folder.

 Ad Hoc Bus Booking Coordinator transport for Students

External Activities including Monthly verification of Ad Hoc

School Bus payment

 Filing of documents such as Bus Booking form

 Recording student injuries that occur during school hours through the

Unwell/Injured Student management system and Rendering of First

Aid to pupils e.g. issuing of pupils with plasters

 Assist in packing learning resources i.e. booklet

 Other administrative duties as assigned by

Responsibilities:

• Submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.
• Investigation work will include taking statements from any witness or suspect in the field or interview room
• Pictures taken for investigations and other relevant documents shall be forwarded to the Authority upon completion of the investigations.
• Key in investigation details into the Authority’s system via the provided computer/laptop as directed by the Authority
• Responding to activation for urgent cases detected at Checkpoints and inland locations.

• Prior substantial working experience with the Singapore Police Force or other related law enforcement agencies;

Job Responsibilities:
A. Manage and Support of Sharepoint Infrastructure

• Setup and customise of several Sharepoint Farm comprising of Webfront, Application and SQL servers;
• Support and troubleshoot of Sharepoint Farm issues;
• Provision and support of users’ requests for creation of new web applications, site collections and related day-day Sharepoint service requests;
• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Sharepoint farm servers to ensure availability of the services to users;

• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Domino servers to ensure availability of the services to users;
• Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies to enhance or improve the integrated office systems infrastructure;
• Assist in the provisions of statistics on Domino servers availability and other server related statistics and update of mail virus pattern files
• Coordinate with Project Teams in the analysis, presentation and management of IT operations date and statistics

C. Manage and Support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (Preferably)

• Setup and customise VDI clients running on VMWare’s environment;
• Support and troubleshoot of VMWare Horizon View Connection Server and VDI clients’ issues;
• Provision and support of users’ requests for creation of new VDI clients’ requests;
• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the VDI environment to ensure availability of the services to users;

Job Requirments:

• Must have 3 years post graduate hands on experience in Sharepoint Server Administration set up and maintenance;
• Must also be able to install and configure SQL to integrate with Sharepoint;
• Must also have hands-on experience in setting up Windows OS and server
• Must also have hands-on experience in setting up Linux OS and server

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an on-site Technical support role
