Responsibilities:

1. Key Responsibilities

a. Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security.

The Services required are set out as follows:

Claims Submission and Processing

a) To update the claim information including date of receipt of claim, project number and claim amount in the database.

b) To check the claims and seek clarifications with grantees on queries arising from their claim submissions to ensure that all queries are satisfactorily resolved.

c) To seek Client advice on disputable matters if any.

Disbursement Memo Preparation and Verification

d)To compute the amount to be disburse and prepare the disbursement memo.

e)Client will check and verify the disbursement memo.

f)To confirm the disbursement amount with grantees through email after checking by Client and there are no further clarifications needed.

g)To seek further clarifications with grantees on queries arising from the checks by Client.

Claims Documentation

i) To photocopy and ensure proper filing and documentation of all claims.

j) To provide daily updates to Client on the progress of the claims processing

Reporting

k) To update the monthly claims aging report (template provided by the Board). The report tracks the disbursements of the projects, how much claims we received and not paid, and how long the claims have been outstanding.

l) To update the daily claims tracking report. The report tracks the stage of disbursement workflow the claims are in.

m) To collate the quarterly claim submissions and prepare the report on funds drawdown.

n) To manage the submission of audit reports by grantees via reminders’ sending.

•  Develop, maintain, and enhance UiPath Studio / StudioX automation workflows in line with Central RPA Platform standards and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate both Non-Production and Production UiPath Automation Suite environments on GDC3, built on Kubernetes multi-node HA architecture with NUTANIX servers.
• Perform regular infrastructure hardening, OS /component patching, and vulnerability remediation within stipulated SLAs(Critical/High: 30 calendar days; Medium/Low: 60 calendar days).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all contract-related matters between the contractor and the team
• Plan, monitor, and govern all O&M activities including platform maintenance, upgrades, patch management, security remediation, and service request delivery.
• Chair and attend regular governance meetings with  PSC; prepare and circulate meeting minutes within 3 working days.
• Produce monthly progress reports covering: resource utilisation, SLA performance, incident tracking, SR status, storage and performance metrics, and audit readiness.
• Manage the full SR lifecycle – from receipt, quotation(within 3 working days for Normal; 1 working day for Urgent), to production implementation – in compliance with  SR classification and completion SLAs.

3. Follow up with reinstatement works for return properties and rectification of breaches for all properties.
