Job Description:
Support the Lead Solemniser (LS) with queue management and administrative duties to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies.

Assist couples and guests during solemnisation appointments, including registration, witness updates, and reprinting of ceremonial certificates via self-service kiosks.

Guide and direct guests after their solemnisation to maintain an orderly waiting area and smooth visitor flow.

Monitor self-service kiosks and provide basic technical assistance when required.

Handle simple customer enquiries, verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.

Assist counter staff with document verification processes, including assessing couples' language proficiency based on provided guidelines.

Perform general administrative duties such as setting up and closing solemnisation rooms and kiosks, preparing simple reports, and supporting daily operations.

Carry out other related administrative tasks as assigned.

1. Student Development and Preventive Work

• Manning of rooms/centres for students undergoing restorative

programmes, in-school suspension, or detention.

• Supervise detention sessions, including attendance-taking and

ensuring completion of assigned reflection tasks.

• Conduct interviews, reflection sessions, and regular check-ins

with students.

• Facilitate small-group activities such as circle time, journaling,

and goal-setting to support students’ social-emotional growth.

• Support programmes addressing issues such as peer

relationships, stress management, and self-esteem.

2. Consultation and Collaboration

• Work closely with the Student Development Team (SDT), Year

Heads, and Form Teachers to support students with higher

needs.

• Provide practical strategies to teachers for supporting at-risk

students.

• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary

discussions where required.

3. Family and Community Engagement

• Contact and update parents regarding student behaviour,

attendance, and intervention matters where necessary.

• Liaise with external agencies (e.g. FSCs, MSF, ComLink,

VWOs) in consultation with the school to coordinate student

support.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting

• Monitor student progress and recommend follow-up support

where necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in line with

school requirements.

1. Lead and supervise all Events, Feedback, Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) and Plant-A-Tree (PAT)Programme Management Services.
2. Manage manpower deployment, scheduling and resource planning.
3. Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with KPIs and service standards.

Requirements

1. A University Degree in Venue/Events/Hospitality and Tourism Management, Mass Communications, Communications and New Media, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
2. At least five (5) years of experience in events or venue management, marketing, hospitality, customer service management, call centre management or quality service management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Grant reconciliation
• Set up and maintain master data in SAP HANA and resolve all system-related issues incoordination with System and Transformation team.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. To engage with identified students on a regular basis over a

prolonged duration and provide positive mentoring and/or counselling

support for students and their families.

2. To connect with identified students, build positive relationships and

contribute to their holistic development and positive school outcomes.

3. To plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including student

outreach, learning journeys, home visits and/or family engagement

sessions where necessary, customised to students' needs and aligned

with the School's efforts.

4. To plan and facilitate group-based programmes targeting students

with identified social, emotional, or behavioural needs, in consultation

with the School's student support team.

5. To observe and identify key needs of students and to report such

cases to the Student Management Key Personnel and/or School

Leaders for further intervention and support.

6. To attend case review and case management meetings with relevant

school personnel, including the Student Welfare Officer (SWO), Special

Educational Needs Officers (SENOs), and school counsellors, to provide

feedback on students' needs, programme experience, and concerns, so

that the School can better support the students.

7. To facilitate timely referrals of students and families to relevant

external agencies and community resources where additional support is

required beyond the School's capacity.

8. To maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and

documentation, and to provide regular progress updates to the School's

designated contact person.

Speech Therapist (Part-time )

- Assess, develop, plan and implement speech therapy

interventions to students with speech, language, communication

difficulties in accordance with programme approach, framework

and SOPs.

- Be part of the collaborative team to work with students on a one-

to-one basis, group or special setting based on programme requirements.

- Provide speech therapy consultation, support and update on the

students’ progress and status to caregivers.

- Refer students to respective school team for consultation and

further treatment or training as and when necessary.

- Share speech therapy-related knowledge and best practices

when required.

Responsibilities:

• Submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.
