Locum nutrition Dietitian

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments to identify residents’ dietary needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor residents’ food intake and overall nutritional status.
• Plan and review personalized meal plans for elderly residents.
• Work with doctors, nurses, and care staff to support residents’ health.
• Provide nutrition advice to residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure meals meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Review and update care plans regularly based on residents’ condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on nutrition care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and recognized by Nutrition and Dietetics Association
• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience delivering care in a nursing home, long-term care, or equivalent residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient arrangement and delivery of the services
• Supervisor will submit an injury report after the competitions or events.
• Supervisor is not required to be onsite during the competitions or events.
• Ensuring that all students’ needs and requirements are addressed during competitions and events
• Advising students on appropriate methods to care for injuries and prevent further injuries.
• Providing guidance to advisors regarding the student’s health status and well-being before, during and after games

Requirements:

• Minimally Sports Trainer or Physiotherapist certified or equivalent
• Standard First-Aid (SFA) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) + Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certified
• Must have at least 2 years in relevant working experience in similar capacity

The Services required are set out as follows:

Planning

1. Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the

HOD / ICT and prepare any relevant documentation and guidelines

pertaining to the project.

2. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure

MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to.

3. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset

management.

4. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel in

the school (Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors).

5. Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programmes for all

staff and students.

6. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT related

programmes or activities.

Administrative

1. Assist in design, maintenance and upkeep of the school website.

2. Design posters and collaterals for school.

3. Photography and Videography needs for the school, including pre

and post productions. AI related works will be advantageous.

4. Compile students’ ICT works and projects for showcase and

archival.

5. Conduct timely online survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the ICT

courses and resources.

6. Assist the e-Supervisor (e-Sup) in physical setup of e-Oral and e-

Listening Comprehension examinations.

7. Provide Audio Visual (AV) support to School on events and daily

activities.

Support in Teaching and Learning

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and teachers in the integration of ICT tools in

teaching and learning.

2. Assist HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in driving an e-learning ICT

culture to expand teaching and learning.

3. Assist in implementation of e-learning activities.

Management of Resources

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and work closely with ICT Manager with

managing the school’s resources such as the replacement and

condemnation of ICT equipment, and the managing of loaning of ICT

equipment.

2. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager with managing and

optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and

resources.

Training

1. Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.

2. Plan and conduct training for students to be familiar with ICT tools

and e-learning platforms.

3. Assist ICT manager during training for teachers on the use of ICT

and AV equipment.

4. Review all training programmes for both students and teachers and

make the necessary improvisations.

5. Plan, assist and conduct ICT related activities during the CCA

training as needed by the Authority.

6. Train and prepare students for ICT related competitions (eg:

National Robotic Competition)

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Develop and teach ICT curriculum i.e. digital and media literacy resources

• Support troubleshooting for students’ personal learning device hardware and software issues

• Provide videography and photography support for school activities and events

• Support school as DMA administrator for iPad

• Manage school websites

• Conduct masterclass for software and apps

Requirements
Service Management:

• Ensure compliance withcompany policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements and process.
• Assist in gatheringinformation to support LOB applications related audit.
• Perform periodic / ad-hocservices work in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) asrequired for LOB system operation.

Incident and Problem Management:

• Ensure application supportservices meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator)targets.
• Oversee and contribute toinvestigation and resolution of complex application issues.
• Conduct root cause analysisand implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with other ITteams and vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors andadvanced support / escalation when required to ensure the SLA (Service LevelAgreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is within target.

Change and Release Management:

• Validate and provideassessment details any change and release request, ensure changes are properlydocumented and coordinate on the approval based on priority.
• Coordinate and overseeapproved service / change request till its completion.
• Manage the coordination fordeployment of application updates, patches and periodic maintenance activity.
• Coordinate the communicationwith stakeholders on the downtime / maintenance request.
• Perform applicationvalidation after schedule activities or release as per required.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detaileddocumentation of application support operation manual, processes, andprocedures.
• Ensure accurate andup-to-date records of all incidents and resolutions.
• ·Maintain and update scheduleof periodic activity and initiate or coordinate to initiate the periodicactivity (i.e.: user access review request, server patching, cert renewal, DR rehearsal, account expiry renewal, etc.)
