• To act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support and onward link between our internal customers and Global IT department  

• Assist in maintaining Vantages IT assets provisioning, decommissioning to disposal aligned to the global standards. 

• Support all Site IT equipment (with global support if required) within local and regional offices inclusive of AV equipment, wireless access points, IDF room and scheduled power maintenance outage.  

• Work with external vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, fix/repair technical issues with software and hardware.

• Assist in the care and maintenance of computing, network and office equipment.  

• Deploy, install, and configure OS and software applications via Autopilot and Pre-provisioning

• Provide new or regular orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software, collaboration tools, and computer equipment as per the global process.

• Properly escalate unresolved daily issues to appropriate teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Ability to support a Hybrid Cloud Environment. Consisting of Active Directory, Azure and Office 365. 

• Experience working with Android and IOS phones. 

• Excellent English written and oral communication skills. 

• Some travel is expected in the region.

• 4-6 years’ experience working in a global corporate end users/service desk environment in a matrix reporting environment support global user.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 

• Strong prioritization and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once including office projects.

• Ability to manage regional vendors for support and maintenance in line with global procurement, support and maintenance standards and agreements.

• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal 

• Ability to support global users remotely. 

• Experience working with ServiceNow platform is required.

• Work under limited supervision, both independently and within a team environment. 

• Hands-on experience dealing with on Incident, Request, Change and problem management.  Preferably holding a current qualification of at least ITILv3  

• Technical qualifications such as Comptia A+, Network +, Microsoft certification would be advantageous.  

• Experience in supporting networking related issues would be advantages.

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT & Technical Support to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, while also providing technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, administration, monitoring, and backup of IP networks and IT infrastructure, including security compliance
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot applications and resolve end-user issues
• Coordinate software updates, integration, and maintenance.
• Assist with installing and setting up workstations, PCs, printers, and other ITequipment
• Track IT assets, software licenses, and hardware inventory
• Manage asset tagging, software installations, and network patching
• Administer Windows OS, MS Office apps, and other software
• Ensure smooth operation of network systems, including handling printer andlabel printer issues
• [HR related] Onboarding tasks (email accounts, device setup, user access) and Offboarding processes (account deactivation, device reset)
• Maintain technical support documentation, manage IT inventory lists, and track asset movements
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
• Assist in generating and managing service requests for new employees' IT assets
• Maintain the company’s network, firewall, and ensure system security
• To maintain an up-to-date database of company IT related
• Work closely with different business units to understand their needs and align IT initiatives with business and clinical objectives
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of major IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

[Maintenance of mission-critical network and infrastructure systems] including:

• Perform on-site corrective maintenance within agreed timescale to restore normal service to users as quick as possible
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize unscheduled system downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related field of studies.
• Min 2–3 year relevant experience 
• Basic knowledge of IT data security principles
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Asset Management
• Resourceful, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users.
• A team player with logical / Critical thinking and attention to details
• Experience in on-premise and IT infrastructure network administration and critical IT service management is a plus.
• Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems is a plus.
• Knowledge and delivery of facilities management and integrated building solutions related projects is a plus.
• Based in Buona Vista (occasional travel to subsidiary clinic at Orchard).
• Working hours are 5.5 days per week (Saturday Alternate).
