We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and post-contract functions for government and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, tender analysis, subcontract management, and variation claims within the local construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and review tender documents for completeness and compliance (specifications, drawings, commercial & technical requirements)

• Perform detailed cost estimation, material take-offs, and man-hour calculations

• Obtain quotations from local and overseas vendors for materials, equipment, and subcontract works

• Compile and compare quotations, review pricing, and recommend competitive bids

• Estimate indirect costs including staff, site establishment, and miscellaneous expenses

• Prepare unit rates, equipment rates, and tender summaries for management review

• Attend site visits and clarification meetings with clients

• Support tender negotiations with necessary cost information

• Assist in preparation of project variations, progress claims, and subcontract documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments on commercial matters (e.g. insurance, contractual requirements)

• Prepare post-contract documentation transfer

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry
• Experience handling government project tenders is an advantage
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost evaluation skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines
  

Salary:

• $11–$12/hr (Hourly Pay)

Working Hours:

• 6-day work week
• Shift: Noon (3pm to 11pm) / Night (11pm to 7am)

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory & Product Safety Manager to lead global regulatory compliance, product safety, and stewardship activities across Home & Personal Care, Industrial Chemicals, and Pharmaceutical-related applications.

This role ensures regulatory readiness, market access, and risk mitigation, while working closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Strategy

• Ensure compliance with global chemical regulations (e.g. REACH, TSCA, China MEE, K-REACH, UK-REACH, CEPA, AICIS)
• Lead regulatory submissions, registrations, notifications, and dossier preparation
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on products and market access
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support new product launches

Product Safety & Risk Assessment

• Prepare and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS), exposure scenarios, and GHS/CLP labelling

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HPC, industrial chemicals, or pharmaceutical-related products
• Strong knowledge of international chemical regulations and product registrations
