Job scope

• Pack products in a cleanroom environment
• Perform basic checking and packing duties accurately
• Follow work instructions and quality standards closely
• Handle simple counting and basic math during packing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom, air-conditioned environment
• Comfortable with 12-hour shift arrangements

Shift pattern

• 4-3-3-4 work pattern
• About 15 to 16 working days per month
• Morning Shift: 7:45 AM to 7:45 PM
• Night Shift: 7:45 PM to 7:45 AM

Available groupings

• Saturday Shift Group: Alternate Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Sunday Shift Group: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Alternate Wednesday

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage products for assigned merchandise categories
• Support assortment planning, category mix, and range selection based on business needs
• Monitor sales, stock movement, and pricing performance to improve sell-through
• Prepare sales and cost analysis to support supplier discussions and buying decisions
• Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, promotions, delivery schedules, and trading terms
• Manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items
• Identify slow-moving items and support action plans to improve inventory turnover
• Work closely with internal teams on promotions, launches, and merchandising activities
• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports with recommendations
• Conduct market research on product trends and competitor activity
• Perform store visits to check merchandising standards and execution quality

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
