The Snr. Procurement and Logistic Officer reports to Procurement and Logistic Manager/C&P Director with primary responsibility of purchasing quality equipment, construction materials and services at the most competitive prices and ensuring their timely delivery according to project requirements.

The Snr. Procurement and Logistic Officer oversees the company’s procurement and logistics activities that include price negotiation, issuance of purchase order, order tracking and management and maintaining inventory of equipment and material.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting Procurement & Logistic Manager/C&P Director in purchasing and ensuring timely delivery of all general and bulk materials used in projects.

• Review purchasing arrangement with suppliers including price, delivery, performance and discount to achieve reduced supply-related transaction costs to the Company, as well as monitor and submit  construction material cost fluctuation report to Quantity Surveyor.

• Monitor and control material budget quantity and wastages expected for the project

• Coordinate with Project team in the leasing/rental of construction machinery and purchase of construction material/equipment, as well as monitoring and reporting usage of supplies. And towards the end of project manage closing of supplier accounts after verification with the Project Manager.
• Negotiation with suppliers and vendors.

• ERP entries for the inventory control and procurement of materials and maintaining approved suppliers/vendors list in the ERP system.

• Process and certify the debit notes and credit notes for supplier materials before processing suppliers’ payment, reconcile supplier invoice and process of backcharge to subcontrators.
• Management and monitoring of the main store and site store’s inventory count and system through auditing.
• Ensuring adherence to Company’s procurement policies and procedures.

• Preparation of all procurement transaction reports to management.

• Store inventory updating.

Job Responsibilities :

Senior Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Workplace Safety and Health Management System in compliance with Ministry of Manpower Singapore and relevant statutory requirements
• Oversee and conduct comprehensive risk assessments (RA), safe work procedures (SWP), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all site activities, including PPVC installation works
• Plan, organise, and lead regular site safety inspections, audits, and management walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions and practices
• Drive proactive hazard identification and implement effective risk control measures, ensuring timely rectification and closure of all safety observations
• Lead and manage incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective actions

1. Correspondence with the residents to assist the Management Council (MC) to perform duties and responsibilities of the Management Corporation as described in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Relieves the Management Council of the day-to-day worries and involvement.
