·      Tertiary education in Communications, Marketing or related discipline

·      At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, campaigns, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)

·      Experience in managing multi-channel communications (social media, website, e-newsletters, publications, events)

·      Experience in content creation and campaign execution; exposure to large-scale programmes/events (e.g. awards, national campaigns) is an advantage

·      Proficiency in design and multimedia tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Finance plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Finance in overseeing the company’s financial management, reporting functions, and operational controls. The candidate will help maintain strong accounting systems, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive the financial discipline needed to support the company’s growth and operational effectiveness.

In addition to core finance responsibilities, the candidate will actively contribute to finance‑related projects, including system upgrades, new general ledger implementations, process enhancements, and data analysis initiatives.

Key Appointments

• Support the Head of Finance in managing the organisation’s financial reporting, accounting records, internal controls, and budgeting frameworks designed to mitigate financial risk.
• Oversee cash management activities and support the company’s statutory requirements such as regular tax filing and financial year-end audit.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, process improvements, and data‑driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls while supporting day‑to‑day finance operations.

Requirements

Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Depends on Exeperience)

• To support daily HR and finance matters.
• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including the recruitment & onboarding process.
• Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing.
