Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; postgraduate qualification preferred
• Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent professional registration
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction-related sectors
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles (Technical Director level or equivalent) with P&L accountability
• Proven track record managing project portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities
• Sound knowledge of industry regulations and statutory requirements in the built environment
