• Identify and engage with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve revenue targets.

• Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities, including meetings, sales opportunities, projects, and forecasts.

• Submit weekly sales reports detailing progress and achievements.

Requirements: -

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Professional Certificate/ NiTec, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Product Design or related fields.

• 3 + years of relevant experience in lighting, building automation, or electrical solutions.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, project management, or business development role within the lighting trade industry.

• Proven experience in managing lighting projects from inception to completion.

• Sales and project experience in the lighting/automation trade is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CRM systems, and project management tools.

• Strong knowledge of IT networks, building automation, and lighting control systems.

• Expertise in Dialux for lighting simulations and project proposals.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.

• Knowledge of procurement processes, cost optimization, and client relationship management in lighting projects.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Background in sales and marketing within the lighting industry.

• General Engineering background in Civil & Electrical is advantageous.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business growth

• Class 3A Driving License (preferred only)

Mon-Fri - 9:00am - 6:30pm ,

Sat - 9:00am - 1:00pm

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate and Manage Project timeline on a timely manner

2.Coordinate and manage and liaise with logistical services providers, suppliers, contractors and clients.

3.Monthly Reporting to Project Manager on Project progress

4.Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues within projects.

5.Develop project balance summary sheet and control project balance.

6.Arrange for billing of projects.

7.Document submissions.

8.Arrange manpower from manpower suppliers.

9.Ensure all work is done safely.

Requirements:

- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Must be familiar with Microsoft office.

- Able to converse in English

- No HVAC experience is also welcome to apply

Job Descriptions:

• Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, in compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements and legal obligations

• Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process

• Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, e.g. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name tag

• Perform an array of administrative tasks, e.g. airport pass application, security clearance for sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workers’ medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, maintain employee record and personnel files etc.)

• Data entry of employee data, training records…etc.

• Prepare attendance report with supporting documents and assist in managing payroll.

• Track staff movement from hiring to resignation and assist with the staff deployment plan

• Work on initiative and exercises like performance appraisals, incentive packages, the nomination of good performers to Client

• Preparation of monthly/Ad hoc reports.

• Assist in conflict resolution

• Purchase stationery items, ensuring all office equipment are working and well maintained

• Any other duties as assigned.
