• Diplomain Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

• 1 - 3 years experience in accounting or finance
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI (ECC and/or S/4HANA) will be preferred.

• Ability to work under tight project timelines

Location: Toa Payoh
Work hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary: $4000 to 4800 per month

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the physical condition including maintenance and capital needs of properties:
• Coordinate and liaise with the Head of Facility and the team on building defects, feedback and follow-up on rectification works;
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise disruption to operations;
• Budget, assess, schedule, and coordinate capital improvement and/or maintenance requirements
• Ensure contractors/vendors/service providers complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards under the various term contracts or as and when the need arises;
• Conduct regular site inspections;
• Assist the Head of Facility with building administration, projects, monitoring and review of works
• Source for comparative vendors / contractors to carry out maintenance or repair works
• Respond to fire, building and security related emergencies
• Plan and handle building enforcement matters
• Manage tenant’s requests and address concerns
• Review legal documents and contracts
• Prepare and tender term contracts
• Negotiate and finalise and / or renewal of term contracts and agreements with contractors and third-party vendors
• Ensure that term contracts are carried out satisfactory, and carry out corrective actions when necessary
• Any other duties as assigned.
