Governance, Reporting & Budget Management

• Develop and oversee maintenance budgets and investment plans.

• Undertake special assignments as directed by the Manufacturing Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of maintenance or reliability experience within a manufacturing environment (process industry exposure preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Hands-on experience managing plant turnaround/shutdown events.
