Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company
* Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
* Support outlet operations by coordinating with store managers and ensuring smooth workflow
* Handle office management, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
* Manage documentation, contracts, and company records
* Liaise with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations
* Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
* Support management in business planning and operational improvements
* Supervise and guide administrative staff
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or operations experience (F&B industry preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
* Leadership experience is an added advantage
