Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support Executive to deliver reliable day-to-day IT operations and Level 1 support across MTFA locations in Singapore (HQ, DI/DIL, IKCs, IC, IEH/childcare). You will manage incident resolution, keep tickets and knowledge tidy, handle device and account lifecycle, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding so staff can work securely and without friction. You’ll operate under the IT head and partner closely with the IT Operations Executive (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident & Ticket Management

• Respond promptly to user tickets via portal/chat/phone and provide clear updates through to closure.
• Triage and resolve L1 incidents (workstations, standard apps, printing/Wi-Fi); escalate to L2/L3 per runbook.
• Log every case in the ITSM platform with accurate category/priority, SLA timer, and resolution notes (link a knowledge article where applicable).

2. IT Asset & User Support (Singapore sites)

• Manage laptops/desktops, peripherals, and loaners; coordinate repair/RMA when required.
• Enrol, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints using the endpoint-management platform (MDM) in line with policy.
• Reimage/re-enrol devices to restore compliance or during tech refresh.

3. User Onboarding & Offboarding (Identity & Access)

• Execute standard account and access tasks in the collaboration/identity suite via runbooks (joiners, movers, leavers).
• Conduct IT onboarding for productivity and collaboration tools.
• Secure offboarding: disable accounts, revoke sessions/MFA as required, reclaim licenses, back up user data per SOP, and wipe/re-provision devices.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic IT support reports for management review.
• Maintain updated records of configurations, procedures, and user manuals.

5. Daily & Weekly Operations

• Monitor endpoint compliance (encryption, patch status, MDM policies) and perform basic network health checks (Wi-Fi/printing/meeting rooms).
• Maintain the IT asset register and accurate device/user records.
• Surface recurring issues and propose quick fixes; keep end-user knowledge-base articles current.

6. General IT Support

• Perform basic connectivity triage (device/app/Wi-Fi symptoms); escalate persistent LAN/VPN issues to L2/L3 with clear notes.
• Provide on-site support across MTFA locations and events when needed.

Top 3 Mandatory skills:

1. Experience in handling ticket management and escalations in a service desk environment.

1. Familiarity with ITIL processes (e.g., incident, problem, and service request management).

Responsibility / What you will be working on

- Understand Client’s business processes and work with users to design and develop an end-to-end solution

- Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application system and information technology

- Manage the development of the application system and ensure the project is implemented within budget and according to schedule

- Design solutions that are of quality and functional to ensure a good user experience

- Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment

- Work closely with various technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture

- Produce technical documentation for application systems.

Support Application Risk and Control function for Information and Technology Cyber Risk Management operations.

Skillsets (Must Have)

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in IT cyber security risk management, implementation and governance.
• Proficient with professional industry knowledge and experience in Information, Technology Risk, Cyber Security risk management, and frameworks (e.g. NIST, COBIT, ITIL etc.).
• Experience in performing IT risk assessments, vendor risk assessments, audit and operational risk issues management, and recommending appropriate remediations for in-house developed applications, commercial off the shelf products and Cloud services/platforms.
• Experience in conducting regular awareness trainings for staff on cyber, information and technology risks (including policies, standards and relevant topics), periodically publishing security awareness articles and email phishing simulation campaigns etc.
• Strong influential, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Skillsets (Good to Have)

• Preferably with IT security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CGEIT).

•Maintain and continuously update the integrated regional deployment plan, covering all phases including preparation, build, testing, business readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

•Ensure adherence to programme governance frameworks, standards, and cadences defined by the PMO

•Own the creation, tracking, and management of detailed workstream plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme timelines and objectives.

•Translate global programme milestones, standards, and decisions into a practical and executable regional (Asia/Europe – adjust as needed) deployment plan.

•Coordinate cross-functional regional workstreams, ensuring alignment across business units, functions, IT, change management, data, training, and external implementation partners.

•Lead regional governance activities, including status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, decision tracking, and escalation management.

•Monitor and manage interdependencies between local business unit activities and global programme deliverables, proactively escalating risks and conflicts to the project lead.

•Track overall deployment progress, including critical path milestones, resource requirements, and readiness criteria; take corrective actions where delivery is off track.

•Ensure readiness for key deployment milestones such as integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), mock cutovers, go-live, and stabilization phases.

•Support tracking and control of budget, resource allocation, scope, and agreed change controls to ensure disciplined programme delivery.

•Develop and prepare high-quality materials for steering committee meetings and senior stakeholder updates, highlighting risks, readiness, and key trade-offs.

•Drive a strong focus on delivery quality, business continuity, and a smooth transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) support.

•Stay connected with wider and external programmes (Asia and industry trends), proactively identifying emerging risks and anticipating unmet needs to enable early mitigation.

•Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and rigour, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
