Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong Chemical Engineering background and over 25 years of industry experience in petrochemical and downstream processing projects. The CTO will lead the company’s technology strategy, engineering excellence, and project execution capabilities across complex, large-scale projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities：

1. Strategic Technical Leadership

· Process Design & Scale-up: Lead the design and execution of scale-up strategies for diverse dosage forms (e.g., solid orals, sterile injectables, nasal spray or topicals) using Quality by Design (QbD) principles.

· Tech Transfer Ownership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring the seamless transfer of "Sending Unit" (Client) processes to the "Receiving Unit" (CDMO).

· Troubleshooting: Act as the ultimate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex formulation challenges, deviations, and "out of specification" (OOS) investigations during the transfer phase.

2. Operational Excellence

· Facility Fit & Gap Analysis: Conduct technical assessments of incoming client processes against existing site equipment and capabilities; identify and procure necessary capital equipment.

· Documentation Oversight: Review and approve Tech Transfer Protocols, Master Batch Records (MBRs), Process Validation protocols, and Technical Transfer Reports.

· Regulatory Support: Author and review technical sections of regulatory filings (e.g., IND, NDA, BLA, ANDA) and represent the technical team during PAI (Pre-Approval Inspections).

3. Client & Project Management

· Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Business Development to evaluate new RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and provide technical man-hour and resource estimates.

· Timeline Management: Ensure tech transfer milestones (Engineering batches, Clinical supply, PPQ) are met to support client clinical or launch timelines.---

Qualifications & Skills

Education

· Required: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience

· Industry: 10+ years in pharmaceutical development/manufacturing, with at least 5 years specifically in a CDMO environment.

· Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing high-performing technical teams.

· Technical: Proven track record of successful tech transfers and at least 2–3 successful commercial product launches.

Technical Proficiencies

· Deep understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines (Q8, Q9, Q10, Q11), and global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, NMPA).

· Expertise in statistical tools for process monitoring (e.g., JMP, Minitab).

· Experience with Risk Assessment tools (FMEA) to identify and mitigate process risks.

As the Director, Portfolio Management, you will report directly to the Head of Global Portfolio Management, where you will manage end-to-end the JV NAV2 (India) and SG1 (S-REIT asset in Singapore). You will leverage your experience to assist with a variety of financial and operational responsibilities covering the end-to-end asset cycle. You will act as a business partner to increase the profitability of the assets, liaising with sales, operations, finance and legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of NAV2 and SG1 assets – point of contact for all matters related to these assets.
• Work with REIT Manager and Joint Venture partner, Business case team / FP&A team and other functions (sales, power management, operation, accounting, etc) to generate the required baseline for decision-making to utilize for the benchmarking and tracking of asset performance against IPO or other budgets. • Working with Sales, Product and other key stakeholders, managing and optimizing rent and lease reviews with a focus of either tracking to the asset’s planned performance or implementing an improvement plan to get the assets back on track. Aspects of this may include understanding the asset’s client mix, calculating the margin expected from current leases, and communicating the impact of leasing decisions (inducements, base price, annual hikes, duration).
• Ensure compliance with S-REIT and JV rules around authorization, management of deadlines and other required matters within property management agreements.
• Give data driven recommendation based on the best-case studies [internal and external] in asset operations and drive the implementation of them to all other relevant assets.

Knowledge & Attributes

• Proven record in Finance, background in reporting, accounting, forecasting & budgeting with a tendency to act as a ‘business partner’.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate infrastructure investment / data centers or asset management with an understanding of the factors influencing asset performance.
• Understanding of the business of Real Estate (and ideally data centers, data center operations, design & engineering, pre-sales/sales) and a strong analytical skillset to apply that understanding. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen credit risk frameworks for credit card acquisition and portfolio oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Lead the creation, refinement, and implementation of credit card lending policies, decision rules, and risk controls, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with modelling and analytics teams to shape, validate, implement, and monitor credit risk models, reviewing key assumptions and performance trends.
• Perform detailed analysis of credit card portfolio behavior, including credit quality movements, delinquency and loss patterns, cohort trends, and emerging risks.
• Manage risk appetite settings and portfolio limits, including calibration, stress testing, monitoring potential breaches, and escalating issues.
• Provide risk perspectives on business strategies, product changes, underwriting proposals, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Produce clear, insight-driven risk reports and dashboards for senior leaders, summarizing portfolio performance and key risk developments.
• Prepare materials and present at governance forums to communicate underwriting outcomes and evolving risk themes.
• Support and review the work of junior team members, contributing to team development and analytical quality.
• Champion process efficiency and automation to improve the accuracy and scalability of risk monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, financial engineering, quantitative finance, or data analytics from a well-regarded institution.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in retail credit products—particularly credit cards or unsecured lending—or related financial risk areas.
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar data-querying tools is beneficial.
• Exposure to additional analytics or business intelligence platforms is an added advantage.
• Understanding of key credit card risk methodologies, including scoring models, Basel frameworks, ECL concepts, and stress testing practices.
• Proven capability to independently perform complex analytical work and convert findings into clear, actionable risk insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders across business and product functions.
• Highly detail-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, structured environment.
