The Manager, Analytical Development is responsible for leading and executing analytical method development, qualification, validation, and assay transfer activities to support biologics and vaccine development programs from early development through Phase 2 clinical trials. Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in travel/tourism)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Travel Requirements

• Frequent travel may be required for:Client meetingsIndustry events and trade showsDestination visits and familiarization (FAM) trips
• Ability to travel internationally when necessary
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
• Valid passport and ability to meet visa requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with airlines, tour operators, or travel agencies
• Existing network within the travel and tourism industry
• Multilingual abilities (a plus for international markets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the acquisition, design, and development of software systems across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of applications and recommend improvements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software/application development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end application development projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
