Job responsibilities

• Backgrounds in systems integration, IT consulting or managed services are well-suited to this role, given the breadth of hands-on implementation exposure these environments provide.

Job Description:

• Manage user access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning across systems.
• Handle IAM service requests and incidents, working with IT and business teams to resolve access issues.
• Support access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Maintain IAM documentation and audit reports aligned with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and guidelines from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years of IAM or IT operations experience.
• Experience with IAM technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and access control principles.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and scripting, such as ServiceNow, PowerShell, or Python.
