Position Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end EUC engineering and operational support within a managed services environment, with additional responsibility for network troubleshooting and infrastructure support. • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Graph API, and AWS Lambda using Python serverless development.

• AWS associate-level certification, such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or an equivalent relevant certification.

• Software development background with knowledge of secure coding practices.

Will be part of Operation & Support Team to support Project implementation and Maintenance.

The key responsibilities are as below:

Project:

• Support Project Team in Project implementation
• System setup, configuration and testing
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Maintenance:

• Perform CUAS Preventive and Corrective maintenance works at restricted Areas.
• Provide support services in operation exercise.
• Perform functional check and/or repair on testers and unit under Test.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Provide technical support to resolve hardware and software related problems on network and cyber systems.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Computer Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Experience in Electronics, PCB-related, electrical & networking would be advantageous.
• Some knowledge in cyber and network systems is a plus.
• Able to work over the weekend and standby for fault call if required
• Able to interpret schematics, technical manual and drawings for maintenance works.
• Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others.
• Possess class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
