We are building the next phase of growth for our organisation — a dedicated SME corporate business focused on workforce transformation and capability development across Singapore and Asia.

Our ambition is bold and clear:

Build a USD $10 Million SME revenue business within the next 2–3 years.

This is an opportunity to create and lead a new business vertical from the ground up, with an entrepreneurial mandate and full ownership of growth.

Your Mandate

1. Build a $10M Revenue Engine

Define SME go-to-market strategy, drive acquisition, and establish predictable monthly growth.

2. Build and Lead the Organisation

Design and scale teams including Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, Solutioning Desk, and Channel Partnerships.

3. Create a High-Velocity Funnel

Own the SME lifecycle from lead to expansion with focus on conversion science, productivity and sales velocity.

4. Shape Market Offerings

Work with Product and Curriculum leadership to build SME workforce transformation bundles.

5. Build SME Ecosystem Advantage

Develop acquisition channels through associations, ecosystems, and partnerships.

6. Operate Like a Business Owner

Own forecasting, unit economics, CAC efficiency, and scalability.

• BELLS is looking for a meticulous and proactive Executive to help keep our operations organised, responsive, and audit-ready.
• You’ll support day-to-day admin coordination, manage shared inbox follow-ups, maintain trackers and records, and assist the Manager in preparing documents for submissions and audits.

Roles & Responsibilities (More Administrative)

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and proper documentation flow
• Check and manage the shared enquiries inbox daily, ensuring emails are acknowledged, routed, and tracked
• Route enquiries and learner feedback to the correct departments and follow up until closure
• Maintain organised filing and document control (e.g., folders, naming, version control, checklists, trackers)

We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive, and dedicated Compliance Executive to support this function, work closely with various stakeholders, and assist in managing learner feedback. You will also work alongside the Compliance Manager to ensure we remain audit-ready—from organizing records to preparing submissions.

We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Executive who’s got an eye for detail, a love for numbers, and maybe even a few Excel shortcuts up their sleeve.
Ideal candidate to manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support overall accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be familiar with accounting principles, and possess good excel skills, with a potential to move to finance analyst role in future

Key Responsibilities

• Crunching numbers like a boss – process invoices, track payments, and manage bills
• Keeping our books squeaky clean (and balanced!) through accurate journal entries & Bank Reconciliation
• Prepping reports that make financial data easy to understand (even for non-finance folks)
• Supporting month-end and year-end closings (like a pro)
• Working with our auditors, tax agents, and maybe even the occasional magician (just kidding... or are we?)
• Preparing routine reports for data analysis – (aka our crystal ball for business decisions)
• Perform some finance & data analyst – (reading the crystal ball)
