Responsibilities:

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the ACS contract, TAMs maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. Tasks include escalation management, orchestrating resources from across Client to provide resolution without need to escalate further, and serving as the customer trusted advisor, identifying risks where applicable, and proactively guiding the customer to successful outcomes in the use of Oracle technologies to support their business. The TAM is also expected to help the customer understand the wider Customer Services organization to enable their customers to maximize their experience and benefit of their Premier Support contract.

Service Management

Whether a project or a support service, the TAM is responsible for the delivery to the contract terms, for the effective and efficient use of ACS resources, achieving the estimated contract margin and burn rate expectations. Management also includes the distribution of documents and deliverables, accurate record keeping in order to support business management that meet quality review and audit expectations.

Business Development

TAMs communicate and manage customer satisfaction, perception of value and promote renewals and extensions of contracts where appropriate. They should identify other opportunities client to help the customer meet their IT and business objectives, and to support the ACS sales teams in pursuit of incremental business in existing and prospective customers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will typically be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Collaborate with Office of Finance (OFIN) for the University's annual budget and work plan exercise as OSM lead, such as coordinating relevant SOCIs' work plan and budget review sessions with their ExCo member for OSM team members, working with OSM team members to review submitted work plans and highlight potential issues for discussion to ExCo leaders.
  • As a planning business partner, facilitate performance review sessions between the University management and key business units. Engaging the key business units to understand the drivers and causes of performance and highlight areas of achievement and opportunities for enhancement. Post-performance reviews, engage with the key business units for target revisions/confirmation and align proposed new work plans and annual budgets to desired performance and outcomes.
  • As a planning business partner, advise assigned departments on conceptualising and implementing their business-level strategies and initiatives to align their plans with the University's strategic aspirations and performance objectives

• Manage or assist with ad-hoc consulting projects (e.g., benchmarking, M&A benefits harmonization).
• Promote Aon United initiatives and solutions, such as Aon Client Promise, TBS Explorer, Aon Pulse, and Wellbeing Solutions.

Service Delivery Excellence

• Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with internal team members at local, regional, and global levels.
• Coordinate client-related activities, including meetings, reporting, communication materials, and closure of outstanding items.
• Develop strong connections with external vendors, insurers, and providers to aid client growth and service excellence.
• Support seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver distinctive client outcomes.
• Foster year-on-year business performance and guide underperforming accounts back to profitability.
• Uphold high service standards, proactively identifying and resolving service gaps.
• Maintain strong governance over client payment, credit control, and debt management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
• Employ comprehensive peer review processes to ensure quality and minimize risk.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution, or equivalent experience.
• Regulatory certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) required for MAS registration as a Broking or FA representative, or equivalent experience in lieu of MAS certification.
• A minimum of 15 years’ account management experience in the Employee Benefits field (with insurer or broker) in a client-facing role.
• Extensive understanding of employee benefits programs, funding arrangements, broking processes, and industry developments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates responsibility, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and dedication to DE&I.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and influence colleagues across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with senior associates and C-suite executives.
• Capacity to support and guide organizational change.
• Strong analytical abilities applying good judgment and independent discretion.
