The Group Finance Manager is a hands-on finance role responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance across group entities. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Consolidation

4. Treasury & Cash Management

• Assist with banking administration including account documentation, signatories, and correspondence with banks (e.g. DBS and other group banks).

5. Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements across Singapore and other relevant jurisdictions (GST filings, corporate secretarial deadlines, etc.).
• Support transfer pricing compliance - maintain documentation, assist with functional analysis memos, and ensure intercompany pricing aligns with agreed mark-up structures.

6. Systems & Process

• Maintain data integrity within the ERP system (e.g. NetSuite and the financial data flows between systems) and ensure chart of accounts and entity structures are correctly maintained.

We are seeking a driven, highly organized Assistant Logistics Manager to join our growing supply chain team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic planning and day-to-day operations—running point on international shipping schedules, monitoring warehouse execution, and directly enforcing medical device storage standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior logistics executive or supervisor with strong GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) experience who is ready to step up into a leadership role, manage key 3PL/vendor relationships, and optimize fulfillment across local and global healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Shipping & Freight Execution

• Coordinate day to day inbound and outbound international shipments (air, sea, express courier) across regional and global markets.

• Prepare, review, and verify all shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificate of Origin) to ensure flawless customs clearance.

• Track shipments proactively, resolve transit delays with freight forwarders, and provide regular ETA updates to sales and procurement teams.

2. Warehouse Supervision & Cold Chain Quality

• Oversee daily warehouse workflows, ensuring that high-value hardware and sensitive monitoring components are handled and stored correctly.

• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature and humidity controls) for sensitive inventories like CGM sensors and rapid test kits to maintain cold-chain integrity.

• Supervise cyclical counts and comprehensive inventory audits to ensure system accuracy matches physical stock levels in the ERP system.

3. Compliance Enforcement & Traceability

• Actively assist in maintaining BUZUD's GDPMDS certification and ensuring alignment with HSA (Health Sciences Authority) regulations.

• Enforce product traceability protocols, verifying that batch numbers and serial numbers are accurately recorded at every stage of inbound receipt and outbound dispatch.

• Document any logistics discrepancies, damaged cargo claims, or temperature excursions, and assist in executing corrective actions (CAPA).

4. Distribution & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate B2B logistics pipelines supplying local hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy networks (e.g., Novena Medical Center, Raffles Hospital networks).

• Supervise e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery partners to ensure consumer-facing KPIs (On-Time Delivery, order accuracy) remain high.

• Evaluate 3PL and courier performance data regularly to identify cost-saving and route-optimization opportunities.

We are an AI-powered education company building a new education model for the Singapore market.

This is a hands-on founder-stage role for a commercially strong builder who can help drive student growth from zero while also helping shape the first commercial proof points for the Singapore market.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore.

This is not a mature admissions role inside an established branded institution. It is also not a pure back-end operations role.

The education offering is still being refined, so this role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with an early product, translating it into clear parent-facing value, and helping shape a commercially workable offer for Singapore parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Build early student enrolment traction for the Singapore market from zero

• Drive parent consultation, objection handling, conversion, signing, retention, and renewals

• Translate a new AI-enabled education proposition into clear parent-facing value

• Work closely with founders to localise the concept for Singapore and refine early go-to-market execution

• Understand and respond to Singapore parent decision logic, local competition, and offline centre dynamics

• Help shape the first-centre parent journey, follow-up rhythm, and admissions workflow

• Contribute practical thinking on SOPs, user journey flow, and early scale-up readiness

• Gather market feedback and surface practical commercial insights to help improve the offer

• Test and refine growth channels including outreach, partnerships, referrals, roadshows, and local activation efforts

• Support a high-accountability, founder-stage build environment where priorities may evolve quickly

Requirements

• Strong experience in education admissions, consultative sales, enrolment, business development, or related education-facing commercial work

• Clear evidence of building traction from zero, not just converting existing inbound leads

• Strong understanding of Singapore parent decision-making and education market realities

• Strong parent-facing communication and conversion ability

• Ability to turn a new or technical concept into simple value that parents can understand and buy into

• Strong spoken and written Chinese is required for day-to-day internal communication with stakeholders who work primarily in Chinese

• Strong spoken English is required for communication with parents in Singapore

• Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-moving early-stage business

• Practical judgment around workflow, process, user journey, and commercial improvement

• Hands-on, commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Comfortable working in a product-led environment and giving grounded market feedback

Ideal Profile

• Strong in consultative selling, not just lead handling

• Comfortable in a founder-stage environment without relying on mature branding, stable SOPs, or heavy support functions

• Able to combine commercial ownership with practical execution on the ground

• Able to localise an early product concept for the Singapore market rather than just sell a ready-made offer

• More suited to candidates who can combine student-growth ownership with early go-to-market thinking

This role is best suited to candidates who can combine real commercial ownership with practical founder-stage execution.

It is less suitable for candidates whose results came mainly from strong existing brands, ready lead flow, or heavy central marketing support.

It is also less suitable for candidates who are either purely back-end operations profiles, purely product-led profiles with weak parent-conversion ability, or polished admissions profiles without real 0-to-1 traction-building experience.

We are hiring a hands-on Centre Manager for a growing student care centre in Katong.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily centre operations, managing a small teaching team, building strong trust with parents, and ensuring programmes are delivered with consistency and care. The centre places strong emphasis not only on student care, but also on children’s thinking, emotional growth, creativity, expression, and confidence.

This role is suitable for someone with real student care or education operations experience who is comfortable working in a growing centre environment and taking ownership of both people and process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student care centre
• Ensure smooth running of daily schedules, student supervision, dismissal flow, and centre routines
• Lead, manage, and mentor a small teaching team
• Support a positive, professional, and child-centred team culture
• Act as a key point of contact for parents and handle feedback or concerns professionally
• Ensure programmes and daily activities are carried out consistently and in line with the centre’s philosophy
• Support student wellbeing, emotional safety, and positive behaviour management
• Conduct centre tours for prospective families and support enrolment conversations where needed
• Assist with staffing support, including onboarding and team development
• Step in to support class coverage when required during this early-stage phase
• Work closely with management to maintain quality standards and strengthen overall centre execution

Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in student care, education, childcare, or a related setting
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
• Strong parent communication and relationship management skills
• Confident handling of student behaviour and sensitive situations with maturity and sound judgement
• Organised, dependable, and execution-focused
• Able to lead a small team while remaining hands-on operationally
• Comfortable working in a growing centre environment where processes may still be developing
• Warm, grounded, and professional in working with children, parents, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in a student care centre, boutique education setting, or premium enrichment environment
• Familiarity with programme-based, inquiry-based, or whole-child learning approaches

Working Hours:
• School term: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
• School holidays: Monday to Friday, staggered 8-hour shifts within 7:00am to 7:00pm
