About the role

The Guest Experience Assistant Manager is the person who makes sure every guest feels seen, heard, valued and at ease. This pivotal role carries two primary objectives: directing and expanding our channel partner ecosystem across the ASEAN region, and acting as the dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) for one of our highest-value, strategic customers in ASEAN.

The successful candidate will focus on maximizing channel revenue, managing distributor pipelines, and simultaneously embedding ACS deep within a premier key account to secure long-term design-wins and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management (ASEAN)

• Channel Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution sales strategy for the ASEAN territory to meet and exceed revenue and design-win targets.

• Partner Management: Manage, support, and evaluate key supply chain and regional distribution partners ensuring strict alignment with ACS corporate objectives.

• Inventory & Supply Chain: Collaborate closely with channel partners to monitor demand fluctuations, implement effective buffer stock strategies, and mitigate inventory risks.

• Sales Enablement: Conduct regular product training and business reviews with distributor sales and engineering teams to ensure they are fully equipped to promote ACS solutions.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the channel sales funnel, tracking point-of-sale (POS) data and managing design registration programs to protect partner investments.

Key Account Management (Strategic Customer)

• Account Growth & Penetration: Act as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact for one of ASEAN’s premier key accounts, managing the entire relationship to maximize market share.

• Design-In Leadership: Establish deep relationships with the customer’s R&D, procurement, and quality engineering teams to drive "design-in" activities for next-generation platforms.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal Product Managers, Global Account Directors, and Business Unit general managers to deliver tailored interconnect proposals, custom solutions, and optimized pricing.

• Commercial Execution: Negotiate corporate commercial terms, pricing agreements, master supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements directly with the key customer.

• Forecast Accuracy: Maintain highly accurate demand forecasting and capacity planning models for this account to guarantee flawless supply continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive sales experience in the electronic components, interconnect, or semiconductor industry. Minimum of 3 years specifically focused on regional channel/distribution management alongside proven experience managing multi-million dollar OEM/Tier-1 key accounts.

• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ASEAN electronics manufacturing ecosystem, distribution networks, and regional OEM landscapes.

• Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex POS data, forecast demand, negotiate large-scale commercial contracts, and develop strategic buffer stock frameworks.

• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are highly advantageous.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the ASEAN region to conduct distribution business reviews and lead face-to-face strategic key account meetings.

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
• Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Background in Architecture, preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
• Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skill

Job Summary
Responsible for strengthening and maintaining a consistent Quality Management System across affiliates in the Asian region, while coordinating with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and operational alignment.

Key Accountabilities
1)      Design and oversee risk-based GMP/GDP audit programs covering Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites) 

2)      Review and approve local SOPs to ensure alignment with PIC/S GMP and Global SOPs. 

3)      Design and deliver regional QA training programs (including not only QA-related skill development but also career development program such as organizational management and mindset-building skills) and evaluate training effectiveness for Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites). 

4)      Establishment and monitoring of common quality related KPIs for Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites), and lead continuous improvement activities (e.g. Leading Asian Management Review Meeting) utilizing these KPIs.

5)      Oversee introduction and operation of GMP-related computerized systems owned by Global Quality for Asian LA (Sales sites and Manufacturing sites)

6)      Identification of QA related challenges and indication of solutions through establishment and operation of regular/ad-hoc communication with QA members in Asian LA (Sales Sites and Manufacturing Sites)

7)      Ensure effective end-to-end change management across manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain functions. 

8)      Lead quality issue management, including deviations, complaints, supply impact assessment, and recall risk escalation. 

9)      Operation of the RHQ organization, including setting and managing team policies and objectives; securing and developing resources required for business execution; establishing opportunities for communication with stakeholders; planning and implementing operational improvements; and maintaining and improving the workplace environment.

Qualifications / Required

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, physics, or chemistry. Pharmacist license is preferred.
• Extensive experience in GMP/GDP audits, including CAPA review and effectiveness evaluation. 
• Strong understanding of PIC/S GMP, ICH Q7, ICH Q9, and ICH Q10 and QA operation experience (more than 15 years)
• Experience as a QA lead during regulatory inspections. 
• Ability to design risk-based audit and quality KPI frameworks. 
• Proven capability in SOP harmonization and document control using globalized computerized systems. 
• Experience in QA training design, auditor development, and training effectiveness evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick model). 
• Strong English/Japanese communication skills for meetings, documentation, and executive reporting. 
• Knowledge of CSV, data integrity, and GMP computerized system implementation. 
• Experience in cross-functional leadership, and organizational management in multicultural environments, including the following:

1. Experience in identifying required skills and competencies by back casting from organizational objectives
2. Experience in defining recruitment requirements (Job Descriptions), participating in candidate selection, and designing onboarding processes
3. Experience in succession planning with a focus on key roles and successor development
4. Experience in designing role- and level-based training frameworks (e.g., Technical, Leadership, Compliance)
5. Ability to design communication strategies that take into account on-site resistance and cultural gaps
6. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with multiple disciplines (e.g., QA, RA, Manufacturing, HR)
7. Ability to clearly explain proposals and build alignment with executive and senior management
   

Preferred
Project management experience involving affiliates located in multiple countries; Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification preferred.
