Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE / Quality Control Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and integrating our Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality Control (QC) functions. Key Responsibilities

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Lead the design and implementation of an integrated QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262, including process definition, documentation control, and quality/safety objective setting.

• Act as the Management Representative for ISO certification audits and related compliance activities.

• Develop and maintain key QMS processes such as document control, change management, risk management, internal audits, and management reviews.

• Define supplier quality requirements, establish quality agreements, and monitor OSAT performance metrics.

• Plan and execute internal audits and manage corrective actions (e.g., 8D, CAR).

• Drive continuous improvement programs across the organization.

• Manage customer complaints, field quality issues, and product traceability processes.

• Conduct QMS training to ensure employee awareness and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.

• Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF standards, quality management tools, and OSAT processes.

• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Governance

• Define and implement QA and UAT frameworks across projects
• Establish testing standards, methodologies, and quality controls

Test Planning & Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Insurance, or related field
• Proven experience in QA/Test Management within the life insurance domain
• Strong experience managing end-to-end testing across large-scale projects or product launches
• Hands-on experience in test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience working with legacy systems (e.g., AS/400) is advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines

Support the execution of risk-based audits and SOX compliance efforts. Conduct audit testing, assist in fraud investigations, and work with business units to strengthen internal controlsand risk awareness. Collaborate with teams to improve controls and risk processes.

Skills

Strong analytical acumen, business sense, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to ensure decisions are grounded in data and aligned with business goals.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years in auditing and at least 2 years in a supervisory role and currently working in the audit profession.

Communication

Strong verbal and written English
