• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or project management (F&B or retail preferred)
• Familiar with Singapore retail / mall fit-out processes and regulations
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems
• Experience managing a small team and external vendors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects

The Facilities Manager's responsibles are:

• Lead and oversee multiple teams and managers to ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and high quality standards.
• Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage operational costs and expenses to ensure alignment with budget targets.
• Drive business performance by achieving financial and margin objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to support the hospital’s operational and service requirements.

Requirement
