        -   Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

4.     Reporting and Documentation

        -   Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, material usage, and claims

        -   Validate and certify progress claims submitted by contractors

        -   Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

5.     Quality and Safety

        -   Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Occupational Health and Safety

(OHS) Management Systems

        -   Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies

        -   Participate in management review meetings and safety committees

Requirements

        -   Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

        -   Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine and offshore industry

        -   Strong knowledge of QMS and OHS Management Systems

        -   Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    -   Have experience working in a Shipyard environment

-   Able to manage 100 over workers with different nationalities

        -   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
