We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license to facilitate site visits and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials.
• Resolve issues that arise during construction phases.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, Electrical works and project planning.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license with Singapore experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to plan, coordinate, and complete construction projects on or before scheduled deadlines
• Prepare and write detailed tender submissions to secure project contracts
• Demonstrate responsibility and diligence in managing project deliverables and team performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Degree recognized by the PE Board or Diploma holder
• Experience with Electrical Load Upgrading projects or HDB Home Improvement Programme projects is advantageous
