As part of the newly established Tax and Legal Operations team within Business Service Operations (BSO), this role supports the business by delivering legal operational excellence across intellectual property and commercial contracting activities!

Do you have what it takes?

• Hands-on experience working with intellectual property rights within the APAC/China region
• Experience supporting trademark border enforcement activities and collaborating with customs authorities
• Experience with copyright and trademark clearance work
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills across multiple legal areas, including procurement, marketing, sales, and manufacturing agreements
• Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic international environment

What would be an advantage?

• Chinese language skills for effective collaboration with partners are a plus
• Knowledge of Vietnamese and/or Chinese legislation and legal frameworks is an advantage
