We are looking for a Restaurant Manager that can oversee hiring, training, and managing personnel, as well as controlling inventory ordering procedures to maximize profit margins on each dish delivered. Most importantly your goal as a Restaurant Manager is to boost productivity, collaborate with the team to reach the sales goal, guarantee client satisfaction, and adhere to business policies.

Responsibilities:

• Track and handle customer concerns, make sure they're satisfied, and provide effective follow-up so they can get feedback.
• Maintain inventory and conduct routine inspections of food and beverage preparation and presentation to increase sales.
• Uphold and guarantee adherence to the accepted standards for food quality.
• Ensure that labor expenses, guest relations, and local, state, and federal laws are adhered to.
• Assess performance and suggest a pay raise and incentives for everyone.
• Keep track of each employee's schedules, records, and reports.
• Create advertising materials, special strategies for promotions and merchandising, and make sure that local and corporate standards are followed.
• Ensure excellent shop display, hygienic practices in the kitchen, and sufficient sanitation.

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

·Supports the smooth running of the restaurant and Food and beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest level.

·Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest inquiries

·Liaise and engage with Marketing to find the right promotions and activities for the restaurant

·Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained

·Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders

·Delivers effective training programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control

·Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:

·Proven experience in overseeing the following Food and beverage operations: All day dining, Meetings, and events with excellent problem-solving capabilities

·Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach, lead from the front and lead-by-example work style

·Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

·Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

·Familiarity with Open Table

·Strong communication skills

·Singapore experience with standalone restaurants/will be an added advantage.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software, with the ability to produce accurate layout drawings independently is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine kitchen layout drawings and 3D renderings to support commercial foodservice projects.

• Translate operational requirements into practical design solutions, ensuring efficient workflow and equipment placement.

• Prepare technical drawings, mark-ups, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

• Support coordination between consultants, contractors, and suppliers during project execution.

• Assist in site inspections to ensure installations align with approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements relating to ventilation, fire safety, and foodservice infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Interior Design, or related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools; ability to produce and interpret technical drawings confidently.

• Familiarity with commercial kitchen layouts, equipment planning, or hospitality environments is preferred.

• Project management experience in kitchen or F&B fit-out projects is advantageous but not mandatory; structured training will be provided.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily hotel operations and drive performance across Front Office, Housekeeping, and online distribution channels.

This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day operations, handling OTA platforms, supporting revenue performance, and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and experienced in managing hotel systems, OTA platforms, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee and support daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of Front Office and Housekeeping
• Coordinate room status, guest arrivals, and operational flow
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
• Handle operational issues and ensure quick resolution
• Act as the person-in-charge during assigned shifts

OTA & Distribution Management (Key Responsibility)

• Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
• Update room availability, rates, and promotions
• Ensure accurate booking management and inventory control
• Monitor OTA performance, bookings, and guest communications
• Support in improving hotel rankings and online reviews
• Handle overbookings, cancellations, and channel updates

Revenue & Performance Support

• Support revenue strategies to optimize occupancy and room rates
• Monitor daily bookings, occupancy, and room performance
• Assist in implementing pricing and promotion strategies
• Provide insights based on booking trends and demand patterns

Team Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise Supervisors and front-line staff when required
• Support staff training, guidance, and performance monitoring

Guest Experience

• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel operations experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia)
• Familiar with hotel PMS systems (e.g. Opera, Cloudbeds, eZee)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and handle operations under pressure
• Good communication and customer service skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Area Manager, the role will embark on an exciting journey as part of the Operations Team. In this role, individuals will be provided with opportunities to learn about the management of food courts, from the exterior façade to the internal hygiene, inventory control, profitability and operation efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the food court (aircon/ Non-aircon).
• Ability to lead and set directions as well as provide guidelines to the operation team according to company SOPs and operational workflows.
• Provide development plans to team members in accordance with the company's KPI.
• Monitor the outlet’s Profit and Loss and provide solutions to improve the bottom line.
• Responsible for the collection of monthly stall rentals.
• Propose activities according to market needs.
• Provide yearly sales budget proposals for the outlet.
• Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/ agencies, and stall tenants.
• Assist inspectors of relevant authorities/ agencies such as NEA, SFA and Civil Defense during outlet inspection and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with landlords on building matters, joint promotions and events.
• In-charge for lease renewal agreement, negotiate and follow-up on terms of lease with stall tenants.
• Responsible for sourcing and recommending suitable food types to fill up vacant stalls and to ensure that all vacant stalls are filled
• Conduct regular checks on the hygiene, service standards and quality of products, and provide feedback internally and to stall tenant.
• Ensure selling prices of stalls according to agreements.
• Assess and provide evaluation of stall tenants' performance.
• Supervise and provide guidance to stall tenants and cleaning contractors to provide high quality of service and achieve housekeeping excellence.
• Conduct daily roll calls, weekly and monthly outlet’s meeting
• To plan and carry out M&E works according to schedule.

Administration

• Planning work schedule of the team.
• Review staff performance and provide recommendation on staff confirmation, promotion and training to enhance their work performance.
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes and work tension among the team.
• Handles the termination procedures as per company’s guideline.
• Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to team members, and stall tenant etc.
• Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash and daily sales collection.
• Responsible for ensuring stall tenants’ daily sales received, are correct and being bank in.
• Timely submission of outlet reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to Area Manager.
• Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget.
• Carry out necessary actions against stall tenants and contractors for non-conformance in service, housekeeping and agreements.
• Any other assigned tasks
• Extensive classroom training & on-the-job training will be provided to ensure new joiners’ learning and exposure to the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• With passion in working F&B industry and its operational processes.
• Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Foodcourt operation
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Ability to foster positive working relationships
• Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must possess Class 3 license

LOCATION / OTHERS:

• 6 days work week, non-rotating shift

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily food production operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
