Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
  Lead the planning and execution of hotel, commercial, and residential construction projects.

  Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure all project objectives are met.
  Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for each project.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on hotel, commercial, or residential projects.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore’s building regulations, construction laws, and industry best practices.
• Skills:
  Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
