• Track design deliverables, timelines, and documentation for tender records.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in civil/infrastructure design, with at least 5 years in tender support roles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and civil/structural design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, Civil 3D).
• Knowledge of local authority requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB).
• Able to work independently under tight tender deadlines.
• Candidates with LTA projects experience preferred.
