Functional & Technical Competencies
• Windows Server 2012/2008, Citrix, VMware, IIS, RDP, SSH
• Citrix 7.x, NetScaler, StoreFront
• Server hardening expertise
• Middleware: Connect:Direct, SSH, IIS
• Scripting: Batch, PowerShell or Python (Mandate)
• Linux knowledge (added advantage)
• Certifications (Microsoft/Citrix) preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Perform system reviews, tuning, and resilience improvements
• Provide 24×7 support with shift flexibility
• Define configuration standards & design guidelines for Windows OS
• Handle escalations, system recovery & root cause analysis
• Automate repetitive operational tasks
• Drive patching and OS/software upgrades
• Implement and maintain service monitoring
• Support project phases (design - implementation- handover)
• Assist with compliance & audit requirements
• Respond to support tickets, calls, and alerts promptly
