Position Overview

Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function to ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. Oversees quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer’s enquiries and phone calls.
• Prepare invoicing and delivery orders
• Handle salesman inquiries, quotations and purchase orders in CRM platform.
• Assist in stock checking and generate reports.
• Delivery arrangement
• Maintain a good and accurate filing system for easy access and retrieval. 
• Other ad hoc tasks assign from time to time.

Requirements: 

• Primary Language : Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) 
• Secondary Language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Experience: Fresh Graduates/ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. 
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher /Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent. 
• Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

• 對原料、包裝材料、進口產品和成品進行抽樣、檢查和記錄。
• 對片劑、糖漿和乳膏進行生產過程中的檢查。
• 校準實驗室設備：稱量天平、分析天平和脆碎度測試儀。
• 監控並批准包裝流程；確保標籤和條碼編碼準確無誤。
• 保留中間體、原料和成品的樣品。
• 對成品進行隔離檢查。
• 支援微生物環境監測（空氣採樣）和純淨水系統測試。
• 配製試劑和化學品。
• 完善品質控管文件，包括分析證書，並更新日誌。
• 保持樣品留存室的清潔和整齊。

要求：

• 應徵者至少須持有SPM證書（理科優先）或同等學歷。
• 歡迎具備相關領域工作經驗但符合資格的候選人申請。
