International Trade & Pricing Specialist
Salary: $2500 - $2800
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Telok Ayer

Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation:

• Assist in pricing, coordinating and managing the end-to-end IOR/EOR process for global shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
• Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.

Agent Communication, Sourcing & Pricing:

• Collaborate with agents to gather required information and ensure compliance with local regulations. 
• Support pricing discussions and negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Identify and source new overseas agents or service partners when required to support operational and pricing needs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new partners.

Regulatory Trade & Compliance:

• Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies in various countries.
• Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export laws and guidelines.

Problem Resolution & Ad-hoc:

• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipment delays, missing documents, or customs holds.
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant department as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• With knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Senior Laboratory Assistant

• Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri), 8 am to 4.30 pm.
• Work location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East
• Salary : $2800 -$3500 + $200 Site allowance +  AWS + VB + 15 Days AL 

The Senior Laboratory Assistant is responsible for conducting of laboratory tests and samples and quality inspections assigned to them by the Supervisor.
They are expected to be knowledgeable on all equipment operating procedures as well as all quality control procedures and competent on the use of laboratory equipment.

Other responsibilities include:

• Raw material process and finished product quality control analysis
• Advance maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory equipment
• Maintenance of chemicals and consumables inventory, preparation and standardization of chemical reagents and waste management.
• Maintenance of quality records and development of quality procedures
• Training of junior laboratory or chemical technicians
• Calibration of equipment
• Conduct and contribute to risk assessment, Quality Procedures and Decision making on quality & maintenance
• Procurement of materials and budget controls
• Implementing QA & Safety Activities

Requirement:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or chemistry related field.
• Min 8 years’ experience in conducting Manual Wet Chemistry or Manual Lab Testing.
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit/debit notes accurately and on time 
• Perform 3-way matching and ensure proper approvals for payments 
• Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs and reconcile supplier statements 
• Manage supplier inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships 
• Issue customer invoices and credit notes promptly 
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and prepare aging reports 
• Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing discrepancies 
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on billing and credit issues 
• Support credit control, collection activities, and month-end closing tasks 
• Assist with audit documentation and maintain proper filing systems 
• Participate in finance process improvements and digitalisation initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Familiar with 3-way matching (Invoice, PO , GRN) and full-cycle AP/AR processes
• Experience in handling invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations
• Knowledge of month-end closing activities and audit support is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy
• Proactive, responsible, and able to handle ad-hoc tasks effectively
