Main Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation

• Design and implement daily lessons that promote children’s development across domains, in alignment with the centre’s guided inquiry curriculum and national framework.
• Use intentional teaching strategies to extend children’s thinking, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
• Implement differentiated instruction strategies based on children's individual needs, interests, and developmental progress.

2. Learning Environment and Classroom Management

• Create a safe, engaging, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration, independence, and learning through play.
• Establish and maintain clear routines and transition that reinforce positive behaviour expectations.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of learning spaces and materials.

3. Child Observation, Documentation and Assessment

• Observe and assess children’s learning and development using appropriate observation and assessment tools and methods.
• Maintain up-to-date records, including portfolios and progress reports, and use documentation to plan and review curriculum planning.
• Share meaningful feedback with families and relevant stakeholders.

4. Family and Community Engagement

• Build respectful and collaborative relationships with families to support children’s learning and development.
• Communicate regularly with families on children’s progress, behaviours, and centre updates.
• Engage families and community partners in centre events, projects, or learning experiences when appropriate.

5. Teamwork and Professional Development

• Participate in staff meetings, training and professional development as required by centre.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and reflect on teaching practices and support the centre’s vision and goals.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognised by ECDA.
• ECDA L2 Certification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.
• Valid Child First Aid certification.
• Proficient in English (oral and written). Knowledge of an additional mother tongue is an advantage.

The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead, manage and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in compliance with organisational cybersecurity and governance policies
• Engage internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Develop comprehensive project proposals with the technical solution team, including resource planning, role definition, and timelines
• Manage vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Experience in Agile Project Management methodology, knowledge of IT Security, Risk Management, and Security Control, ITIL Certification, and knowledge of IT regulation in the social service industry are added advantages

Our programmes bridge the gap between mental wellness and cyber wellness—helping individuals navigate online risks while supporting emotional well-being.

As an Executive - Programme (Centre-based), you will manage the daily operations of the Digital Wellness Centre while delivering programmes that help young people and families manage online risks, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy digital habits. You will also oversee the centre’s budgets, resources, and reporting to ensure smooth and effective operations while creating a safe and supportive space for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centre Operations & Management

• Oversee daily operations, budgets, resources, and reporting for the Digital Wellness Centre.

2. Programme Design, Innovation & Implementation

• Design and deliver programmes that strengthen mental well-being, emotional regulation, and healthy digital habits.
• Develop interactive, learner-focused experiences addressing online risks, digital stress, and emotional challenges.
• Apply research and feedback to keep programmes relevant and effective.

3. Youth Engagement, Outreach and Partnerships

• Build supportive relationships with youths through centre-based activities.
• Deliver workshops and talks for youths, parents, schools, and community groups.
• Develop resources and co-create programmes with schools, community organisations, and partners.

4. Programme Evaluation and Improvement

• Gather feedback, track outcomes, and refine content, delivery, and centre operations based on needs and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counselling, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in youth work, mental health education, teaching, counselling, or programme operations.
