• Design, develop, and enhance applications using C#, .NET (WinForms, WPF, ASP.NET) and/or Java technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET framework) and/or Java (JDK 17 and above)
• Experience with frontend technologies, including JavaScript frameworks, is advantageous
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Experience with Microsoft reporting tools such as SSRS and SSIS is preferred

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Container Specialist (Kubernetes) to support and manage containerized environments across cloud and hybrid platforms. This role focuses on ensuring cluster stability, supporting application deployments, and maintaining performance across Kubernetes ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is experienced in container orchestration, troubleshooting distributed systems, and working closely with DevOps teams to enable seamless deployments and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor Kubernetes cluster health, node availability, and system performance
• Analyze logs and metrics to detect anomalies and ensure platform stability
• Maintain operational readiness across production and non-production environments

Container & Workload Management

• Troubleshoot pod failures, restart issues, and container level incidents
• Validate container image deployments from registries and ensure deployment integrity
• Manage namespaces, resource quotas, and workload configurations

Scaling & Performance Optimization

• Support horizontal and vertical scaling configurations including auto scaling policies
• Monitor resource utilization and optimize cluster performance
• Ensure efficient workload distribution across nodes

Networking & Security

• Support ingress configurations, service routing, and container networking setup
• Validate network policies and role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues within containerized environments

Platform Maintenance & Upgrades

• Assist with cluster patching, upgrades, and version management
• Monitor persistent storage and volume health across workloads
• Maintain cluster configurations and documentation

Collaboration & Deployment Support

• Work closely with DevOps and application teams during deployments and releases
• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth integration with container platforms
• Assist in troubleshooting deployment failures and environment issues

Disaster Recovery & Incident Management

• Support DR testing and validation for container-based workloads
• Respond to incidents and escalate complex architectural issues when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Hands on experience with Kubernetes (on premise or cloud platforms such as AKS or ACK)
• Strong understanding of container technologies and orchestration concepts
• Experience with container registries and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, and service configurations
• Understanding of RBAC, security policies, and container level access control
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and container environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or Alibaba Cloud is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
